I’m a level 3 Personal Trainer with a background in Sports and Exercise Science and working towards my MSc Physiotherapy degree. With the knowledge I’ve obtained, I hope to assist others in feeling healthier and moving better through functional movements.
With my academic knowledge and my competitive background playing Gaelic Football I believe that movement in a safe and effective manner is the best medicine. My aim is to help you get on track with a programme tailored towards your everyday needs and to help you reach and sustain your goals.
