Danny
I'm Danny the owner of Prime Mover Fitness, I have been in the fitness industry in some form for over 30 years, I have been a PT in the Army, Rugby player, Sports conditioner, Rugby coach, Boxing coach to name a few. I take classes across our timetable and train PT clients. I still play rugby for veteran teams.
Aisling
Hi, I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer with a background in Sports and Exercise Science and working towards my MSc Physiotherapy degree. With the knowledge I've obtained, I hope to assist others in feeling healthier and moving better through functional movements.
Curtis
I’m a level 3 PT currently working towards my level 4 S&C. My passion is enriching people’s lives through exercise. My client programs are centred around moving & feeling better while working towards important personal goals.
Laura
Laura has been with Prime Mover since the beginning! She has now stepped back from most teaching responsibilities, and now plays a large part behind the scenes making sure the gym operations run smoothly
Aaron
Aaron joined Prime Mover in 2017 and has been a real motivation to the gym. He's a level 3 Personal Trainer and has several other fitness qualifications. Like the boss he's ex military man and likes push people to find their true potential. He's also a keen amateur boxer.
